A spacious and sun-filled retreat in the heart of nature.
This charming 120 m² duplex residence is the ultimate destination for a family holiday or a getaway with friends, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests in a warm and inviting setting.
The Ground Floor: Enjoy a vast, light-filled open-plan living area. This “walk-through” space features a cosy lounge with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area designed for unforgettable group meals. The living area opens onto both the historic estate courtyard and a private terrace on the vineyard side.
The Bedrooms: The gite features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms:
- Accessibility: One spacious ground-floor bedroom, specifically designed for guests with reduced mobility (PMR).
- Upstairs: Two further bedrooms, including one with a large, charming mezzanine, perfect for extra guests or children.
Outdoor Living: A beautiful private terrace awaits, offering breathtaking views over the vineyards and the wild Mediterranean garrigue. It is the perfect spot to soak up the sun or savor an alfresco dinner under the stars.
Guests are welcome to explore the estate’s open grounds. Well-behaved pets are welcome to join the adventure (free of charge).

THE BEDROOMS
The Kermès Grand Gite features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, offering a perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and quiet for up to 8 guests.
- Ground Floor: Fully Accessible: One spacious bedroom featuring a double bed (140x200cm). This room is specifically designed for guests with reduced mobility, offering a fully adapted en-suite bathroom and direct, step-free access to the terrace.
- Upper Floor: Flexible Suite: A large bedroom with flexible bedding options to suit your needs: choose between one large double bed (160x200cm) or two twin beds (80x200cm). This room includes its own private bathroom.
- Upper Floor: The Mezzanine Family Room: An inviting bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and a spacious loft mezzanine. The mezzanine offers additional flexible sleeping (one 160x200cm double or two 80x200cm twin beds). A private bathroom is also located on this level.
These are spacious bedrooms where everyone can enjoy their own cosy space, combining comfort and peace and quiet.
Family-Friendly: A baby cot can be provided upon request.
A Warm Welcome: To make your arrival as seamless as possible, all beds will be freshly made and fluffy bath towels provided. Everything is ready for your stay!
BATHROOMS & WELL-BEING
To ensure total privacy for every guest, each of the three bedrooms features its own en-suite bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet, heated towel rail, and hairdryer.
Accessibility Focus: The ground-floor bathroom is fully adapted for guests with reduced mobility (PMR). It features a specialized washbasin and toilet, as well as a barrier-free walk-in shower fitted with secure grab bars.
For your convenience, fresh bath towels are provided for everyone.
A baby bathtub can be arranged upon request.
OUR SUSTAINABLE WATER COMMITMENT
As part of our environmental mission, the estate uses a constructed wetland treatment system (phytopurification) to manage all wastewater from the gites.
This natural, eco-friendly solution harnesses the power of purifying plants to treat water while actively nurturing local biodiversity. A green stay in harmony with the land.
THE LIVING AREAS
Enjoy a beautiful, light-filled open-plan space that brings together a cosy lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining area, perfect for sharing precious moments with family or friends.
Winter Comfort: On cooler evenings, our wood-burning stove warms the entire residence, creating a snug and friendly atmosphere. For your optimal comfort in every season, electric radiators provide additional heating throughout the gite.
As part of our eco-friendly commitment, firewood is provided free of charge.
Natural Summer Cooling: While there is no air conditioning, the residence is expertly insulated and was bioclimatically designed to remain refreshingly cool during the summer months. Fans are also available for your extra comfort.
Leisure & Relaxation: To brighten your stay, you’ll find a TV, a selection of books, and board games on-site
Outside, a lovely private terrace facing the vineyards and the garrigue awaits you for peaceful meals or relaxing moments, all year round.
Looking for a grill? You are welcome to use the shared BBQ area located in the historic estate courtyard, a great spot to meet fellow travelers.
