The Ground Floor: Relax in the bright open-plan living area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining nook, and a snug lounge, along with a separate guest toilet.
In winter, enjoy the comforting warmth of an efficient wood-burning stove, complemented by electric heaters if necessary to ensure a cozy atmosphere during your stay.
The Upper Floor: Upstairs, a spacious bedroom awaits with flexible bedding to suit your needs: choose between two single beds (80x200cm) or a large double bed (160x200cm). The bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom.

Guests are welcome to explore the estate’s open grounds. Well-behaved pets are welcome to join the adventure (free of charge).

THE MASTER BEDROOM
Upstairs, the spacious 19m² bedroom offers a serene retreat, thoughtfully furnished with flexible bedding to suit your needs:
- One large double bed (140x200cm)
- Or two twin beds (80x200cm)
The room features its own en-suite bathroom and toilet for your complete privacy.
Family-Friendly: A baby cot can be provided upon request.
To ensure a stress-free start to your holiday, your beds will be freshly made and towels provided before you arrive. Everything is ready for you to simply settle in and relax!
BATHROOMS & WELL-BEING
The upstairs bathroom is designed for your total convenience, featuring a walk-in shower, a washbasin, a heated towel rail, and a hairdryer.
For your convenience, fresh bath towels are provided for everyone.
A baby bathtub can be arranged upon request.
OUR SUSTAINABLE WATER COMMITMENT
As part of our environmental mission, the estate uses a constructed wetland treatment system (phytopurification) to manage all wastewater from the gites.
This natural, eco-friendly solution harnesses the power of purifying plants to treat water while actively nurturing local biodiversity. A green stay in harmony with the land.
THE LIVING AREAS
The 21m² open-plan living area is designed for your total comfort, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated dining area, and a cosy lounge.
Winter Warmth: During the cooler months, embrace the comforting glow of our high-efficiency wood-burning stove. To ensure a snug atmosphere throughout your stay, electric heaters are also available if needed.
As part of our eco-friendly commitment, firewood is provided free of charge.
Summer Serenity: In the summer, unwind on your private terrace with peaceful views of the estate’s courtyard.
There is no air conditioning, but the holiday cottage is very well insulated and designed from its construction to keep cool in summer and warm in winter. Fans are also available.
